When will my order be shipped?

How long does shipping take within Australia?

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship internationally. Shipping rates and delivery timeframes are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Can I return my order if I change my mind?

Due to the small-batch and handmade nature of our products, we generally do not offer refunds for change of mind.

However, we may offer an exchange or store credit if:

  • You contact us within 7 days of receiving your order

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind exchanges.

What if my item arrives faulty or damaged?

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and photos of the issue.

Why does my product look slightly different from the photos?

All House of Jaipur products are handmade and hand block printed, which means:

  • Slight variations in colour

  • Minor irregularities in the print

  • Differences in print placement

These variations are a natural part of the handcrafted process and make every piece unique. They are not considered defects.

How do I request a return or exchange?

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos of the item (if faulty or damaged)

Are sale items eligible for returns?
